It includes a professional website, a reputation system for Google, a personal booking calendar, and a business dashboard app.

A Home page, a Service page, and an Area page, plus a Thank You page for your contact form, a Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions. It's mobile-friendly, with click-to-call buttons and a contact form. Hosting, maintenance, and basic updates are included, and we connect it to Google Search Console and submit it to Google for indexing.

We optimize your Google Business Profile: business information, categories, service areas, hours, and services. 4- and 5-star reviews get automatic replies written in your business's tone. Reviews of 3 stars or below don't get an automatic reply; instead, you're notified in the app so you can respond personally. Every Monday at 10 AM you also get a reminder to ask customers for reviews, until you reach 20 reviews.

No. You manage leads, contacts, appointments, reviews, and business photos from one mobile app, and you get notified about new leads, appointments, and reviews. Once your system is ready, we walk you through your website, app, booking calendar, and review tools, and answer your questions.

No. Presence connects your website to Google Search Console and submits your pages for indexing, but it doesn't include an ongoing SEO campaign or guarantee specific Google rankings.

Within 3 business days. The timeline starts once your onboarding form is complete and we've received all the required information and access. Third-party access, domain issues, or missing business information can delay delivery.

Through a simple onboarding form, you'll share your business information, services, and contact details; your logo and brand materials, if you have them; at least 15 business photos, ideally showing your three main services, past projects, and everyday work; and access to your existing domain and Google Business Profile, if you have them.

No problem. We'll use AI-generated images relevant to your services and industry so your website still looks professional. AI-generated images are illustrative and don't represent actual projects completed by your business.

We optimize or create your profile, connect it to your system, and turn on review notifications and automatic replies. Google controls Business Profile verification and indexing timelines, so those can take longer than your website launch.

Cleanup and connection are included on both plans. You stay the owner of your profile. We're added only as a manager, and we remove our access if you decide to leave.

On the monthly plan, we create it for a one-time $300, or you can create it yourself and we'll connect it. On the annual plan, creation is included.

One update request every two weeks, processed on the 15th and the last day of each month. Basic updates include changes to text, photos, operating hours, contact information, existing services, and booking settings. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately.

Urgent issues are resolved within one business day and don't count toward your update allowance. Urgent issues include website downtime, contact forms not sending, booking system failures, or automated review replies not working. Hosting, security, backups, and weekly system health checks run automatically.

$97/month with no setup fee and no contract. Or pay $970/year, which gives you 2 months free and includes Google Business Profile creation. Your first payment reserves your seat.

Not on the monthly plan. You can cancel anytime. The annual plan is 12 months prepaid.

Yes, on the monthly plan. You can request a refund of your first $97 within 30 calendar days of your first payment. The 30 days start the day we receive your first payment, no matter when your website launches, and can't be extended because of onboarding delays. If you request a refund, your subscription is canceled and your website is taken offline. The guarantee doesn't cover the $300 Google Business Profile creation fee, third-party costs, or later payments. The annual plan is non-refundable.

Your domain, Google Business Profile, reviews, contacts, and leads are always yours. Your website is part of your active subscription; if you cancel, you can buy it for $1,000 and take it with you.

To give every client reliable service and personal support, Presence is limited to 40 active clients. Once all seats are filled, new businesses go on a waitlist.

Yes. We work with contractors of every kind, including flooring, drywall, cabinets, tile, painting, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and general contracting.
